When will you respond to my email?

We aim to respond to emails within two business days but response times can vary during busy periods such as Black Friday sales and the holidays.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

You can buy Six Gldn at, which ships throughout Southeast Asia.

Can I buy Six Gldn on Amazon?

No, there are no authorized resellers of Six Gldn products on Amazon. We only provide refunds, returns and warranty for products bought on 

Does Six Gldn ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry,  at the moment we don’t offer this service.

What are your shipping fees & delivery times?
Within the US:
-Standard ground shipping is free on all orders over $75 after discounts.
-Orders under $75: $6
-Delivery 3-10 business days.

-Expedited UPS 2-day: rates applied at check-out. For 2-day shipping the order must be placed on a business day by midday EST to ensure 2-day delivery.

When will you ship my order?

Orders are processed within one business day Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after midday EST on a Friday it will ship the following Monday.

How can I check the status of my order?

You’ll receive email notifications when your order is received, shipped and delivered. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact our Customer Service team.

Can I change or cancel my order after I make it?

Unfortunately once your order is placed we can’t amend or cancel it.

Can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with online tracking information when your order has shipped.

I didn’t get a tracking number

Tracking information is sent once an order has shipped. It may be that your order has not yet shipped or try checking your spam folder.

I’m having a problem tracking my order

It can take up to 48 hours for couriers to update tracking details once an order has shipped. If your tracking number isn’t working, or nothing has been updated in over 48 hours please contact our customer service team.

My parcel is missing

Please check your tracking information, with neighbours or around external areas of your home. If you still can’t find your parcel please contact us within 14 days of shipping and we’ll start an investigation. This can take up to 10 business days to conclude. Six Gldn cannot issue a refund for lost parcels if they are confirmed delivered with proof of delivery, or if a request is made to the courier to Leave in a Safe Place/With a Neighbour.

My order is damaged / wrong

If there’s something wrong with your order when you receive it please email, including your order confirmation number in the subject title, and attach photos of the item.

Can I get a discount or promo code?

Make sure you sign up for our emails and you’ll automatically receive a 20% off code. We’ll also let you know about launches, special offers and exclusive sales.

Can I use more than one promo code per order?

Only one promo code is allowed per order. 

What’s your return policy?

We hope you love your Six Gldn product, but if you’re not happy you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to return. If the item is opened we can only accept returns if you have used less than one third of the product. Returns are processed within seven business days of receipt at our offices.

My package didn’t contain a return slip

Our packages don’t contain paper return slips. Simply email customer service with your order number and we’ll help you.

Do you refund shipping fees?

Sorry, we don’t refund shipping fees.

Do I pay return shipping costs?

You are responsible for paying shipping fees when returning items. We recommend using a trackable service for items over $50. If an item is lost in transit back to us we can’t issue a refund.

Can I exchange a product?

As long as it’s unopened we’re happy to exchange it for something else.

Can I return a gift?

Please contact our customer service team. If you’re unable to provide the receipt we may issue credit on a gift card to be used on the Six Gldn site.

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal on our website. We cannot accept multiple payment types on the same order. 

What sales tax do you charge?

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout and varies according to your location.

How do I buy a gift card? (coming soon)

Add the card to your shopping bag in the amount you wish to purchase. You’ll receive your gift card by email once the transaction is complete. You can print it off or email to the recipient.

How do I use a gift card?

You can redeem a gift card at checkout by entering the gift card code in the box marked Discount Code.

Can I get samples?

At the moment we’re not able to send out samples, but we offer a full refund if a product's not right for you. 

What skin types can use your products?

Our products were formulated for all skin types, even the most sensitive skin. If you have a skin condition such as rosacea we advise a 24-hour patch test prior to using. 

What ages can use your products?

Our products are safe for all ages.

Are Six Gldn products safe to use during pregnancy or while nursing?

Our products are safe for pregnant and nursing women. However, we always advise consulting a medical practitioner before using any new product while pregnant. You can find a list of full ingredients on our website. 

How long do Six Gldn products last after opening?

Our products have a 12-month shelf life after opening.

How should I store Six Gldn products?

Room temperature is best. It’s important to keep them out of direct sunlight and away from excessive heat.

Are Six Gldn products vegan?

Yes, all our products are certified 100% vegan by PETA.

Does Six Gldn test on animals?

No. Neither our products nor any of our ingredients are ever tested on animals and we are certified cruelty-free by both Leaping Bunny and PETA.

Are your products organic?

Our ingredients are of the highest quality and sustainably sourced.

Do your products contain parabens?

No, we don’t use parabens.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Our products contain very gentle natural preservatives that are approved by Ecocert, the gold standard certification for natural and organic products.

Do your products contain fragrance?

Our products don’t contain any artificial fragrance. They are delicately scented with a soothing blend of natural essential oils, used at very low levels within recommended safety limits. All our products have been dermatologist and independently safety tested for irritation.

Do your products contain alcohol?

Our products don’t contain drying alcohols. They do contain what are known as fatty alcohols, which are beneficial for the skin.

Are Six Gldn products tested for safety?

Yes, all our products have been tested in a third-party independent laboratory for safety and irritation. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

All our packaging is recyclable, and can be easily separated into cardboard, glass and plastic components. Check your local recycling for guidelines.

I threw my pump away by mistake, can I get a new one?

Yes. If you’ve bought a refill and have discarded your old pump contact us at, with New Pump in the subject line. We’ll replace the pump free of charge, you’ll simply be charged for postage. Hang on to it though, they’re designed to be used time and again.

Do you offer refills for your products?

We currently offer refills of Essential Moisturizer 50ml.

How do I fit my refill?

  1. Unscrew pump from outer glass and remove used pod for recycling.
  2. Remove cap from the new pod and screw the new pod into pump.
  3. Screw pump and new pod into outer glass bottle.
How can I cancel my email subscription?

Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. You can resubscribe at any time.
